I understand that yoga includes physical movements as well as an opportunity for relaxation, stress reduction, and relief of muscular tension.

As is the case with any physical activity, the risk of injury, even serious or disabling, is always present and cannot be entirely eliminated.

If I experience any pain or discomfort, I will listen to my body, discontinue the activity, and ask the instructor for modifications.

I assume full responsibility for any and all damages which may occur through participation.

Yoga is not a substitute for medical attention, diagnosis, or treatment.

STUDIO GUIDELINES & CLIENT SOP

STANDAR OPERASIONAL PROSEDUR & PANDUAN REKANAN MURID

1. Booking & Payment Policy / Kebijakan Booking & Pembayaran
  • Advance Booking: Clients must reserve their slots through the official application/WhatsApp at least 3 hours prior to the session. Walk-ins are accepted only if slots are available.
  • Payment: Full payment or package deduction must be settled prior to entering the yoga room.
  • Validity: Class packages have non-extendable expiration dates unless a medical certificate is provided.
  • Reservasi Awal: Murid wajib memesan slot melalui aplikasi resmi/WhatsApp minimal 3 jam sebelum sesi dimulai. Kedatangan langsung ("walk-in") hanya dilayani jika slot masih tersedia.
  • Pembayaran: Pembayaran penuh atau pemotongan paket harus diselesaikan sebelum memasuki ruang yoga.
  • Masa Berlaku: Paket kelas memiliki masa kedaluwarsa yang tidak dapat diperpanjang kecuali menyertakan surat keterangan medis resmi.
2. Arrival & Pre-Class Etiquette / Kedatangan & Etika Sebelum Kelas
  • Punctuality: Clients are requested to arrive 10-15 minutes before the class starts to check in and settle down.
  • Late Admittance: To respect the practice and maintain a meditative environment, latecomers exceeding 5 minutes will not be permitted to join the class.
  • Footwear: All outdoor shoes/sandals must be left on the provided racks outside the studio area.
  • Health Declaration: Inform the instructor immediately prior to the class if you have any injuries, medical conditions, or if you are pregnant.
  • Ketepatan Waktu: Murid diharapkan hadir 10-15 menit sebelum kelas dimulai untuk proses absen dan penyesuaian diri.
  • Keterlambatan: Demi menghormati sesi latihan dan menjaga ketenangan, murid yang terlambat lebih dari 5 menit tidak diperkenankan masuk kelas.
  • Alas Kaki: Semua sepatu/sandal luar ruangan wajib dilepas dan diletakkan pada rak yang disediakan di luar area studio.
  • Deklarasi Kesehatan: Segera informasikan kepada instruktur sebelum kelas jika Anda memiliki cedera, kondisi medis tertentu, atau sedang hamil.
3. In-Class Code of Conduct / Aturan Berperilaku Selama Kelas
  • Digital Detox: Mobile phones must be switched to completely silent mode (no vibration) or turned off and left inside your personal bag.
  • Props Hygiene: Use a clean towel over the studio mats if you sweat heavily. Sanitizing sprays are provided to wipe down mats and blocks after usage.
  • Silence: Avoid unnecessary conversations inside the yoga room once the session is underway to preserve mindfulness.
  • Adjustment Consent: Instructors may offer hands-on adjustments. Feel free to use an "adjustment card" or inform the teacher verbally if you prefer no physical contact.
  • Detoks Digital: Ponsel wajib diubah ke mode senyap total (tanpa getar) atau dimatikan, dan disimpan di dalam tas pribadi Anda.
  • Kebersihan Alat: Gunakan handuk bersih di atas matras studio jika Anda berkeringat berlebih. Semprotan pembersih disediakan untuk menyeka matras dan balok setelah selesai digunakan.
  • Ketenangan: Hindari percakapan yang tidak perlu di dalam ruang yoga setelah sesi dimulai demi menjaga konsentrasi bersama.
  • Persetujuan Koreksi Tubuh: Instruktur dapat memberikan koreksi fisik langsung. Anda berhak menolak sentuhan fisik dengan memberi tahu guru sebelum kelas.
4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy / Kebijakan Pembatalan & Ketidakhadiran

To ensure fair slot allocation for all community members, cancellations must be handled responsibly / Untuk memastikan pembagian slot yang adil bagi seluruh member komunitas, pembatalan harus dilakukan secara bertanggung jawab:

Standard Cancellation Rule:
  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to the scheduled class time.
  • Late Cancellation or No-Show will result in automatic forfeiture of that class session (1 credit deducted from package) or a penalty charge for unlimited members.
Aturan Standar Pembatalan:
  • Pembatalan wajib dilakukan selambat-lambatnya 4 jam sebelum waktu kelas yang dijadwalkan.
  • Pembatalan Mendadak atau No-Show akan mengakibatkan hangusnya sesi kelas tersebut secara otomatis (potong 1 kuota paket) atau denda administratif bagi member paket tak terbatas.
5. Safety & Valuables / Keamanan & Barang Berharga
  • Listen to Your Body: Yoga is non-competitive. Do not force any posture. Always choose provided regressions if a pose feels painful.
  • Personal Valuables: The studio is not liable for any lost or damaged items left unattended. Please utilize the provided lockers.
  • Dengarkan Tubuh Anda: Yoga bukanlah kompetisi. Jangan memaksakan posisi. Pilihlah variasi gerakan yang lebih ringan jika merasakan sakit.
  • Barang Berharga: Studio tidak bertanggung jawab atas kehilangan atau kerusakan barang pribadi. Harap gunakan loker yang telah disediakan.
